Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage client accounts and oversee the order lifecycle from entry through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and works effectively across multiple departments to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor customer orders using an ERP system to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM software.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, order updates, and issue resolution.
- Partner with the sales team to support existing accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coordinate returns, special requests, and ongoing order programs.
- Work closely with production, shipping, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations.
- Assist with shipping activities and order prioritization during high-volume periods.
- Develop a strong understanding of products to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service or account management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
