Job description

Job Title: Omnichannel Marketing Consultant
Primary Location: Remote, must reside in the US, occasional travel required

Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for an experienced Omnichannel Marketing Consultant with our premier client to support their life sciences clients across pharma and biotech digital marketing initiatives. This individual will help build, optimize, execute, and measure omnichannel commercial programs across DTC, HCP, sales, and payer-facing audiences.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, analytics, and stakeholder management. The consultant will work closely with brand teams, marketing teams, agency partners, martech/adtech vendors, and internal consulting colleagues to deliver measurable business impact.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a meaningful portion in pharma or biotech brand or agency environments

  • BA/BS degree (at minimum) required

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to engage at executive-levels and get your hands dirty directly with operations team members and on your own.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing omnichannel digital marketing strategies for DTC, HCP, and/or payer audiences

  • Hands-on experience with one or more leading mar/ad tech platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva Vault PromoMats/CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads/Analytics, Marketo, Data Platform(s) (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.), Data Visualization Tools (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), DSPs (TradeDesk, PulsePoint, DeepIntent, etc.), CDPs, NBEs, Paid Social Platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.), Paid Search Platforms (Microsoft and Google), CM360, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare-specific digital channels and platforms (e.g., Doximity, ePocrates, Medscape, Client Health, Veeva CRM Approved Email)

  • Solid understanding of healthcare marketing fundamentals and regulatory requirements (FDA/OPDP, HIPAA, PhRMA guidelines)

  • Fluency in digital marketing KPIs, attribution models, and performance measurement methodologies

  • Experience working with CDPs, CRM systems, and audience segmentation strategies in a healthcare context

  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable turning data into insights and insights into strategy

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts and the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously

  • Collaborative by nature; you build bridges across internal teams, clients, and agency partners

  • Familiarity privacy-preserving analytics in a healthcare context

  • Experience supporting or leading digital transformation engagements at pharma/biotech companies

  • Understanding of launch excellence frameworks and the role of digital in new product launch planning

  • Prior experience in a management consulting or agency environment supporting life science clients

  • BA/BS degree required

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

  • Serve as a trusted digital marketing advisor to pharma and biotech brand teams across DTC, HCP, sales, and payer-facing programs

  • Develop, support and/or execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies spanning paid media, email/CRM, web, and emerging channels

  • Translate brand objectives into actionable digital campaign plans with clear KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria

  • Partner with client agency teams and mar/ad tech vendors to launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms

  • Conduct in-depth campaign performance analyses and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to client stakeholders leveraging in-platform reporting, data platforms environments (SQL/Python), and data visualization tools.

  • Support the execution of campaigns with a working knowledge of the marketing technology stacks for life science clients

  • Identify workflow and process inefficiencies/anomalies and proactively recommend improvements to campaign operations and reporting

  • Develop client-ready deliverables including strategic roadmaps, campaign performance reports, and executive presentations

  • Foster authentic relationships with clients and agency partners that demonstrate value and build long-term trust

  • Ability to design, develop, and manage the implementation of complex solutions with existing and new technologies to enable new digital marketing capabilities.

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
