Position: Client Partner - BFSI

Location: Remote-East Coast or Central Region

Job Type: Full time

Required Experience: Should have experience in selling Data & Analytics services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Revenue & Account Growth: Own account-level P&L, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and scaling multi-year engagements in advanced analytics, AI/ML, and cloud.
  • Executive Advisory: Partner with the C-suite and senior executives to shape their data-to-value roadmaps, advising on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Delivery Oversight: Act as the ultimate escalation point, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes while bridging the gap between onsite client expectations and offshore delivery teams.
  • Value Realization: Ensuring AI models don't just stay in a lab but get embedded into core workflows for measurable business impact.

Typical Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 12-15+ years in IT services, management consulting, or analytics, with a proven record of managing multi-million-dollar BFSI accounts.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep industry knowledge across banking, capital markets, wealth & asset management, payments, or insurance.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of how analytics, Generative AI, cloud migrations (like GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake), and data engineering function in highly regulated environments.
