We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Project, Product Manager/Delivery Lead to join our Data Solutions team.   We are headquartered in St Louis, but this position can work anywhere in the US and is REMOTE.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Project Manager to lead complex, client-facing data transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. This role requires a leader who combines strong project and program management expertise with a deep understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, data migration, and AI-enabled delivery practices.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at both the executive and delivery levels, translating business objectives into actionable plans while ensuring successful implementation, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, driving strategic initiatives across data modernization, migration, and transformation programs.

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise data initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering complex data transformation, migration, cloud, or data engineering programs.
  • Strong experience with at least one of the following:
    • Databricks
    • Snowflake
    • Search platforms
    • Product Information Management (PIM) solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through the complete lifecycle from discovery through deployment.
  • Experience organizing and managing delivery through epics, workstreams, and user stories while maintaining program-level visibility.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data architecture concepts
    • Data migration strategies
    • Data quality frameworks
    • Cloud-based data platforms
    • Implementation methodologies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong forecasting, planning, risk management, and dependency management capabilities.
  • Experience creating project roadmaps, milestone plans, KPIs, and success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience leading client-facing engagements across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum certifications, or cloud/data platform certifications.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730.
