  • Act as a senior contributor and subject-matter expert for Material Information Management (MIM) within customer and internal engagements.
  • Support and guide customers through the implementation, integration, and adoption of materials data management platforms across engineering environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product development teams to integrate materials data with PLM, CAE, and other enterprise systems.
  • Translate complex technical and data challenges into clear recommendations for both hands-on engineers and senior leadership.
  • Deliver technical workshops, demonstrations, and presentations that build confidence and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Partner with product management and development teams to influence product roadmap, interoperability, and usability based on real-world customer needs.
