Job Description LeverageTek is actively seeking a Data Developer for a 3-month contract with its remote-based customer. Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work fully remotely. Eastern Time (ET) availability is required.

There is no geographic restriction. Key Tasks Collaborate with business domain owners to understand, map, and document enterprise metrics and performance indicators Identify and document source tables, columns, and data attributes required to support approved metrics Validate metric definitions and transformation requirements with stakeholders and data governance teams Develop metadata and traceability documentation supporting metric lineage Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from source systems Build reusable transformation logic to standardize and harmonize data across domains Leverage Azure Synapse Analytics and related data assets as key source systems for integration Support data quality validation and remediation activities throughout development Design and implement a Unified Data Model (UDM) within Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse Create dimensional and analytical structures that support enterprise reporting requirements Optimize data structures to support reporting, visualization, and API consumption Leverage Microsoft Fabric APIs to expose required datasets for downstream consumption Work closely with the Drupal developer to enable seamless API-based data consumption Support testing and validation of integrations between Fabric and the presentation layer Participate in Agile project planning, sprint reviews, and technical walkthroughs Provide regular progress updates and identify risks, issues, and dependencies Key Qualifications Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and advanced SQL data modeling Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Fabric, Fabric Lakehouse architecture, and Azure Synapse Analytics Proven experience designing and implementing Unified Data Models (UDMs) and developing/consuming APIs Qualifications Experience supporting executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions Knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schemas, and analytical data structures Experience with data governance principles, metadata management, and data lineage Experience collaborating with Drupal developers or CMS-based front-end platforms Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and cross-domain data integration initiatives Experience working in fast-paced Agile delivery environments with aggressive timelines Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work independently with a results-oriented, delivery-focused mindset Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
