Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Data Analyst to join a production-focused team that delivers reporting to support sales proposals, client renewals, and network development efforts. In this role, you will help turn data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making, including evaluating network performance and provider accessibility across different markets and client groups.
This role is a great opportunity for someone starting their analytics career who is eager to build technical skills while learning the business side of healthcare data. You will partner with Sales and Account Management teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards that support both prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and interested in developing skills in data analysis, visualization, and process automation.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
  • Proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights.
  • Understanding of computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python.
  • Ability to create engaging dashboards leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
