We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize large-scale NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing data models, ensuring data integrity, improving database performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases and collections

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and schema design

- Monitor database health, performance, and storage usage

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across MongoDB environments

- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to support application and reporting needs

- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

- Troubleshoot and resolve MongoDB-related issues in development and production environments

- Document database structures, processes, and best practices

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications
