Job Overview:

Pay Range: $56.50hr - $61.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience analyzing survey data and working with large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with R, Python, SQL, or other statistical software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to validate data and quality-check analyses and outputs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team, and maintain confidentiality when handling employee data.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience, or employee listening programs.
  • Experience conducting advanced survey analyses (e.g., driver analysis, significance testing, text analytics).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends, key drivers, and actionable insights.
  • Conduct statistical analyses, benchmarking, and employee listening research.
