Job description

Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst- Med-Tech. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote-EST). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including internal databases, external market research, and operational systems.
  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining to uncover key business drivers and identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Identify data quality issues and work to implement solutions to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Support the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies for data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis tools and best practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Strong SQL (data extraction, transformation, querying large datasets)
  • Data Visualization (Tableau / Power BI / QlikView)
  • Statistical Analysis & Data Modeling
  • Python or R
  • Healthcare / Medical Device domain experience
  • Data governance exposure
