POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Support and lead strategic transformation initiatives by managing workstreams, conducting analyses, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build financial models, operational analyses, and business cases that inform executive decision-making and identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations that translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Partner with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to support enterprise-wide initiatives across operations, revenue cycle, finance, and physician engagement
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and contribute to process improvements, knowledge management, and the continued development of the Transformation Office

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Finance, Health Administration, or a related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare operations, investment banking, or a related analytical role; healthcare experience preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience building financial models and working with large datasets; proficiency in Excel required with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop executive-level presentations and communicate complex analyses clearly
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills; familiarity with AI-enabled tools and willingness to travel up to 10%

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
