We are looking for an outstanding Digital Analyst with strong experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, and data visualization, capable of translating business needs into measurement strategies and actionable insights across digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, and maintain tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tags, triggers, and variables for events, conversions, and key digital interactions across multi-domain environments.
  • Perform QA processes and analytical validations by reviewing data layers, identifying tracking issues, debugging event implementations, and documenting improvement proposals to ensure reliable data collection.
  • Analyze digital behavior and CRM/email campaign performance for FMCG and automotive clients, generating actionable insights to optimize multichannel strategies and improve business KPIs.
  • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker Studio for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and KPI monitoring.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and external technical teams, translating business requirements into functional tracking specifications and measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure measurement strategies remain aligned with business objectives by delivering descriptive and diagnostic analysis focused on digital asset optimization and performance improvement.
Qualifications

Digital Analytics & Tracking Expertise

  • Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong understanding of event-based tracking models, data layers, conversions, and cross-domain measurement.
  • Knowledge of QA processes and debugging methodologies for analytics implementations.

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Experience building dashboards and automated reports using Looker Studio.
