This role is 100% remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own home while maintaining a professional environment. You will need to establish a private workspace to ensure patient confidentiality. Flexibility in scheduling enables you to create your hours within the Monday to Friday timeframe of 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your individual needs.

• Facilitate weekly therapeutic sessions through live video conference calls, implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of individual adults.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize automated tools to administer symptom self-assessments and evaluate functional improvements, using these data points to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing consultation with your team to enhance the quality of care you provide and receive guidance on complex cases.

Our primary patient population includes adults seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their journeys towards improved mental well-being, employing therapeutic modalities that enhance self-awareness and promote healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is required.
• Proven experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to engage in specialized training for our evidence-based treatment frameworks, termed ‘care pathways’.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared patient outcomes.
• A track record of building rapport and trust with clients, demonstrating warmth and empathy in all interactions.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all client-related activities, especially in a remote setting.

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
