• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and social needs, utilizing validated tools and methodologies to ensure accurate data collection.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based interventions and best practices for addressing mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and legal regulations to safeguard client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals—to coordinate holistic care.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, equipping them to engage in recovery processes with knowledge and support.

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals facing end-of-life challenges and their families. • This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 based on experience and qualifications.
