Pathways of Wisdom Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.
  • Deliver a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation strategies and supporting clients in distress.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment adjustments that comply with ethical and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that all aspects of the clientโ€™s well-being are addressed.
  • Educate clients and their families about understanding mental health conditions and treatment methodologies, as well as assist in finding community resources that can aid their recovery.
  • Commit to your continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops that enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Possession of a current license in mental health therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
