This role is conducted entirely via telehealth, allowing for flexible working hours while maintaining a professional setting. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.
• Deliver a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation strategies and supporting clients in distress.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment adjustments that comply with ethical and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that all aspects of the client’s well-being are addressed.
• Educate clients and their families about understanding mental health conditions and treatment methodologies, as well as assist in finding community resources that can aid their recovery.
• Commit to your continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops that enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, representing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. This exposure allows you to develop a wide range of therapeutic skills tailored to the needs of different populations, enhancing your capability as a mental health professional.

• Possession of a current license in mental health therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnosis, crucial for developing effective treatment strategies.
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required, showcasing your ability to apply clinical knowledge effectively.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
