• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Engage in regular communication with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to discuss clients' progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
• Coordinate home visits, in-home observations, and chart reviews to analyze client interactions and collect valuable data for enhancing treatment efficacy.
• Document all therapy sessions, progress notes, and milestones to ensure comprehensive patient records are maintained.
• Play a proactive role in coordinating training sessions for staff to enhance their competency in implementing therapeutic approaches and adhering to documentation standards.
• Facilitate follow-up interviews and comprehensive assessments through home visits, supporting clients in their continued journey towards wellness.

This role has a diverse client focus, including both adults and youth, ensuring you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across various demographics. As a therapist, you will work with individuals facing challenges related to mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. Your expertise will guide clients towards healthier lifestyles and better coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical context is necessary to ensure quality care delivery.
• A strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, coupled with a dedication to upholding ethical and legal standards in practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, promoting collaboration and client-centered care.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment will be highly regarded.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is a plus, as our operations leverage technology to engage clients effectively.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 based on experience and caseload availability.
