This is a remote position.

Scanning Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of business data across company systems. The Data Quality Analyst will review and validate information, identify discrepancies, investigate data-quality issues, and work with internal teams to maintain reliable and accurate records.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and business software. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to identify data issues while meeting established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent records.
* Investigate discrepancies and determine appropriate corrections.
* Perform routine data-quality checks and validation activities.
* Compare information across systems and source records.
* Document data-quality findings, corrections, and recurring issues.
* Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
