• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans that specifically address the needs of each client.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies, to facilitate impactful client interactions.
• Keep meticulous, confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient data is handled with the utmost care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care and improve therapeutic techniques.
• Educate clients and their families by providing knowledge on mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health to enhance therapy practices and client outcomes.

You will be responsible for working with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Previous experience working in a remote therapy setting is advantageous.
