Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Delivering individualized therapy sessions tailored to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and psychological well-being.
• Setting measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring client progress to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Providing teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads.

Preferred Experience
