Job description

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks experienced attorneys to join the Transactions Team of GCSolutions. This position is open to office location.

GCSolutions is an alternative legal service provider that offers clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys. Positions allow flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and the ability to work remotely. GCSolutions attorneys are expected to contribute to team development but are not expected to build a book of business or make a significant investment of time in firm or client development. Opportunities are available on a part-time and full-time basis.
Qualifications
  • Candidates will have at least 8 years of experience.
  • Candidates will have primary experience with general corporate and commercial contract law. The ideal candidate will have firm and/or in-house counsel experience handling corporate and transactional matters.
  • Experience with corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities law (1933 and 1934 Act matters)
  • Experience in trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered.
  • Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice.
  • Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills.

The national average salary range for this role is $80,000 - $140,000. Starting salary will be determined based on hours expectation.
Womble Bond Dickinson offers competitive compensation, and, in addition, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and Paid Time Off "PTO"/Vacation. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
