About the Opportunity
Strategic Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Data Warehouse Solutions Architect / Data Integration Engineer to support enterprise data warehouse modernization and business intelligence initiatives. This position requires an accomplished data professional with extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions, ETL processes, database architectures, metadata management, and business intelligence platforms.
The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable data solutions, developing complex database objects, documenting data transformations, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:

  •  Read, analyze, and enhance existing ETL mappings to understand enterprise data flows. 
  •  Design and document transformation logic for enterprise data integration initiatives. 
  •  Develop and maintain metadata across Oracle, Redshift, AWS Glue, MicroStrategy, and Erwin. 
  •  Create and maintain database structures using Oracle and Amazon Redshift. 
  •  Develop DDL scripts manually or using Erwin modeling tools. 
  •  Tune Oracle and Redshift database performance. 
  •  Conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis resulting from source system or business requirement changes. 
  •  Derive pseudo-code and business calculation logic for use by design, development, and testing teams. 
  •  Analyze large volumes of structured and semi-structured data using advanced SQL. 
  •  Identify opportunities to improve multi-data mart integration and enterprise data architecture. 
  •  Recommend technical solutions, testing methodologies, and implementation strategies. 
  •  Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities. 
  •  Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders. 
  •  Produce technical documentation, standards, operating procedures, and architecture documentation. 
  •  Support project planning and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule. 
  •  Troubleshoot production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
