Job description

Join a dynamic team supporting global and local workflow solutions that improve Design Operations and help drive consistent, high-quality processes. This remote Sr. IT Analyst role offers the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across functions, support process improvements, and contribute to the successful rollout of new systems and operational changes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the deployment and rollout of workflow solutions that impact Design Operations
  • Participate in testing activities such as process integration testing, user acceptance testing, and day-in-the-life scenarios
  • Help develop and improve standardized labeling and relabeling processes
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support process alignment and change management
  • Assist senior project analysts by contributing to smooth day-to-day operations
  • Identify service and quality improvement opportunities and support process enhancement efforts
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns when needed, and support system-related needs
  • Create and maintain work instructions for new processes, transitions, and system changes
  • Handle complex scenarios, troubleshooting efforts, and non-standard requests
  • Develop reports and perform data analysis to support operational decision-making
  • Lead or support service transitions, workshops, and process improvement initiatives
  • Follow established policies, procedures, ISO standards, and QMS requirements in daily work

  • Experience supporting process improvement, workflow operations, or project coordination
