Job description

Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with some flexibility

Provide SDS authoring and regulatory compliance support as it applies to our client's products. Research, author, and review chemical hazard assessments, hazard profiles, product labels, safety data sheets, and other compliance support as requested.
Compensation: $35.00 - 40.00 per hour
NOTE: Position is PRN with weekly hours expected to be around 20 per week
What You'll Do:
  • Author safety data sheets, both U.S. and international SDS experience preferred
  • Review/author hazard communication and other product labels
  • Regulatory literature/data reviews of products and raw materials
  • Other regulatory compliance projects as needed

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry
  • 5+ years of experience in chemical regulatory, including SDS authoring
  • Ability to interpret global product regulatory and hazard communication concepts
  • Working knowledge of GHS, OSHA, Prop65, TSCA, and other applicable regulations
  • Consumer label experience is a plus
  • Independently works within specific computer systems and databases
  • Can manage multiple client projects, including set up, data collection, and on-time delivery of requested deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working in a client facing role
