Our Safety Coordinator acts as the primary drug safety representative and contact for investigational sites, SCRI project teams for Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) and Research Collaboration Trials. This is a fully remote position in the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
Duties include and are not limited to:
  • Manage the receipt, processing, and electronic filing of IND Safety Reports (INDSRs) in alignment with SCRI policies and Sponsor-designated distribution methods
  • Retrieve safety reports from sponsor/CRO portals or direct email and upload into the electronic repository with required metadata
  • Support distribution of safety report metadata to investigators for review and acknowledgment via internal systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for success include:
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred, experience may be substituted for education
  • Work experience with all Microsoft Office products including Excel, and varying software applications or databases
  • 2+ years Data Entry experience in a hospital, medical office, or research environment requiring a high-level of attention to detail preferred
  • Experience and ability to appropriately manage and prioritize assigned tasks and adhere to specific deadlines
