Addison Group is partnering with our client to support their Learning & Development team through 2026. This opportunity sits within a high functioning, collaborative, fast-paced environment and supports employee development initiatives across the organization.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-driven LMS Coordinator to provide contract support for learning operations and leadership training programs. This role requires someone who can quickly step in, manage multiple priorities, and deliver a professional experience for internal stakeholders and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily learning operations within the LMS, including updates, data entry, and course catalog maintenance
  • Manage and respond to requests through a shared learning inbox
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, including scheduling, materials, catering, and shipping
  • Provide hands-on, on-site support during live leadership training sessions
  • Assist with calendar management and administrative support for training leaders
  • Navigate last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for program participants and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in HR operations, learning & development, training coordination, or similar roles. Internship experience will be considered
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience working with an HRIS or LMS; Workday Learning experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable supporting senior leadership in a professional environment
  • Able to manage high-volume calendars, inboxes, and competing priorities

Additional Details:

  • Contract role for approximately 6 months
  • Travel twice a year for leadership training
  • 830-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Monday and Friday are remote days
