As a Senior Record Retrieval Specialist, your main responsibility is to obtain the requested materials and supply those back to the requesting party in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

All duties and responsibilities are essential job functions and are subject to possible modifications to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.

  • Data Entry;
  • Follow-up with providers (via phone, email, fax). This job requires frequent phone work;
  • Review of prepayment requests for accuracy and then inputting those into our system;
  • Answering status requests made by the client;
  • Processing rejections based on the client protocol;
  • Reviewing the requested materials for accuracy and supplying those in a final version to the requesting party.
