Required Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in data quality, data management, functional analysis, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Registrations (VReg) or similar regulatory data management platforms

  • Experience creating and modifying entities/objects in Veeva Registrations

  • Experience working in a regulated environment with strong attention to compliance and data accuracy

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the accuracy and quality of HRM data through monitoring, triage, and execution of VReg change requests for the US and Canada.
  • Execute requests to create and modify objects within Veeva Registrations.
  • Identify potential upstream impacts resulting from data modifications and coordinate appropriate actions.
  • Manage the shared mailbox, respond to inquiries, and process data-related requests.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to offshore data entry personnel as required.
  • Assist with the preparation, launch, and execution of HRM Data Quality initiatives.
  • Monitor data quality findings and contribute to remediation and execution activities.
  • Support regional HRM and SPRI colleagues with data, process, and technology guidance.
  • Attend relevant HRM meetings and contribute to data quality and regional initiatives.
  • Support urgent requests related to Clinical Supply Release.
  • Ensure completion of all required compliance and training activities within established deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of assignments.
Ideal Candidate

A detail-oriented HRM Data Quality Specialist / Functional Analyst with strong experience in Veeva Registrations, regulatory data management, data quality monitoring, change control, and stakeholder coordination, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage both routine and urgent data requests in a regulated environment.
