About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive outbound prospecting and pipeline growth.

If you enjoy speaking with new people, handling objections, and building pipeline through outbound outreach, this role is for you.

This is a high-activity, fast-paced role where you’ll engage U.S.-based business professionals through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll also participate in real-time discovery conversations and receive ongoing coaching to improve your performance.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Run structured discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and set meetings
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up cadence

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., SDR, BDR, retail sales, call center, telecom, recruitment, etc.)
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Coachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection
  • Professional composure under pressure
  • Demonstrated job stability and commitment
