Sales Executive II - Remote

Position Summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain, a leader in supply chain solutions, is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for expanding our eCommerce fulfillment services to retailers, helping them optimize their operations and enhance their customer experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the retail sector for eCommerce fulfillment services.

• Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas with a Goal of closing; $4 Million + annually.

• Strategic Consultative Selling: Understand prospective clients' unique fulfillment challenges and pain points, then craft and present tailored solutions that leverage Knight-Swift's capabilities.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor in their eCommerce supply chain strategy. Along with Parcel shipping knowledge for added support.

• Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in eCommerce, retail, and logistics to effectively position our services.

• Collaboration: Work closely with operations, solutions design, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

• Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that clearly articulate value and ROI for potential clients.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our CRM system.


Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience in eCommerce fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or a related supply chain service, specifically targeting retailers.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, returns, and common retail integrations.

• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex deals.

o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

• Networking: Established network within the retail and/or eCommerce industry is a plus.

• Self-Motivated: Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot CRM), Microsoft Office Suite, AI, and comfortable with sales technology.

• Education: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.


Physical Demands
