Job description

About Us & The Opportunity

Property Vista is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company currently at the $10M ARR mark. We have built a powerful engine, but we are officially declaring an end to "passive selling" and "standard demos." We are in the middle of a highly aggressive scale-up, moving to a high-velocity, outcome-based model where we measure success by the Hard ROI our platform delivers to our customers (e.g., increased leases, higher conversion rates, and measurable revenue gain).

We are looking for an elite Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise organizations. You are not just a "presenter"; you are a commercial strategist who leverages modern AI tools to accelerate your workflow, synthesize prospect data, and move at executive speed. You must be a "preparation champion" who relentlessly proves tangible financial value to our buyers.

The Sales-Product Bridge

In our high-velocity model, you are the commercial anchor of the customer journey:

  • Product (VP & UX): Owns the "What and Why" (Building the ROI).
  • Account Executive (You): Owns the "Closing and Commitment" (Proving and Securing the ROI).
  • Success & Marketing: Owns the "Execution and Proof" (Delivering and Communicating the ROI).

What You Will Do (Your Key Responsibilities)
  • Mandate "Proof of Hard ROI": Shift the prospect mindset from "Soft ROI" (time saved) to Hard ROI (pipeline generated, leases signed, reduced vacancy loss). Every demo and proposal must be anchored in the financial math that matters to CFOs and Asset Managers.
  • Elite Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete cycle from initial lead experience through to securing the close for sophisticated enterprise PropTech clients.
  • The "Zero Unresearched Demos" Mandate: You will not perform "standard" demos. You will personalize every presentation to the specific business logic and multi-persona edge cases of the prospect.
  • Defend the Pipeline: You will ruthlessly qualify leads, ensuring every opportunity in your pipe has a clear, measurable commercial impact attached to it.
  • Build the AI-Powered Sales Stack: Leverage AI (Gemini) as a force multiplier to synthesize prospect interview transcripts, map competitor differentiators, and draft highly personalized proposals. You are hired for your strategic brain, not your typing speed.
  • Drive GTM Alignment: Partner directly with Product and Marketing to ensure the "Hard ROI" designed into the product is met with a sales strategy capable of capturing that revenue.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Deep B2B Domain Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, specifically selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations. Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or ERPs is preferred.
  • Financial Literacy: You understand that our Economic Buyers speak the language of yield, Net Operating Income (NOI), and Net Retention Rate (NRR).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in a tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Drift, and Hubspot.
  • Total Autonomy: You do not need a VP of Sales to hold your hand. You treat your territory like your own personal P&L.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You view AI as a daily operational multiplier to accelerate your time-to-close.

The AE Scorecard (How We Measure Your Success)
  • Hard ROI Realization: The percentage of closed deals that include documented, data-driven financial outcome commitments for the buyer.
  • Roadmap Integrity: Effectively communicating existing product value rather than requesting "vaporware" features to close a deal.
  • Account Expansion: Partnering with Success to ensure shipped features lead to retained revenue and account growth.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Competitive base salary with commissions.
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k.
  • Equity: Participation in the Employee Stock Option Program.
  • Culture: Flexible and fully remote work environment with generous paid vacation.
  • Tools: Access to a cutting-edge AI-powered tech stack.
