You will work remotely, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. • Engage directly with students experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, providing assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being, contributing to integrated care plans that encompass educational and clinical considerations.
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and evaluations, facilitating access to additional assessment resources as needed to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop personalized care plans, ensuring they are linked with relevant support services and promoting effective communication among clients, families, and providers.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and clinical consultations to stay updated on best practices and enhance professional development.
• Crisis intervention: Provide immediate support during acute situations and coordinate necessary resources to manage student emergencies effectively.
• Maintain detailed records, including timely completion of reports and data entry, to ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and relevant committees aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as required, ensuring continuous access to mental health services for students.

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse population, addressing a wide array of issues relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your work will be critical in helping students achieve emotional resilience and success, both academically and personally.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required; a master’s degree (MSW) is preferred.
• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in school or community mental health settings.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnostics, therapeutic techniques, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Ability to engage with diverse populations and employ culturally competent practices in care delivery.

• Experience working within an educational setting, particularly with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with school mental health initiatives and educational support services.
• Exposure to integrated care models and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
