• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring thorough documentation and data management.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, considering their unique backgrounds.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate alongside psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare professionals to create a holistic care strategy that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Manage crisis situations by delivering immediate support and intervention to clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and effective problem resolution.
• Engage in proactive community outreach efforts, offering workshops and resources to raise mental health awareness and encourage early intervention.

This role will focus on a diverse patient population consisting of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will provide tailored therapeutic approaches that respect and accommodate the unique experiences and challenges faced by each client. As part of your practice, you will foster an inclusive environment where all clients feel valued and understood.

• A fully independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity.
• Cultural competence and the ability to effectively engage with diverse populations, employing appropriate and inclusive therapeutic strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage documentation and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven record of delivering successful therapy outcomes.
• Experience working within community health systems or with underserved populations, focusing on mental health accessibility.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, based on qualifications and experience.
