This role partners closely with business leaders to anticipate future needs, solve complex organizational challenges, and drive enterprise-aligned outcomes. Serving as a key change leader, the Sr. HRBP guides leaders through transformation, influences critical decisions, and ensures HR strategies are fully integrated with business strategy to deliver operational excellence and results.

- Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (Comp, TA, ER, L&D, etc.) to design and implement integrated, scalable solutions
- Mentors and provides guidance to HRBPs contributing to capability building and consistency across the HR team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent education & experience
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including support of complex, multi-functional or customer-facing organizations; Experience in operations, pharmacy, healthcare or manufacturing industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment on complex people and organizational decisions
- Strong analytical capability to translate workforce data into insights, diagnose root causes, and drive business outcomes
- Experience leading talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession, performance management, and leadership development
- Advanced application of organizational effectiveness, including org design, role clarity, and team effectiveness
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 25%
