Job description


SAIC is hiring a Program Control Administrator. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, particularly in leveraging its features for data accuracy, is essential. This role is 100% remote and does not require a clearance to start.
Under direct supervision, the Program Control Administrator will be responsible for performing detailed and process-driven tasks, including:
  • Accurate entry and validation of contract modification information into relevant systems.
  • Preparation of purchase requisitions for subcontractor services.
  • Coordination, tracking, and auditing of travel requests and expenses.
  • Assisting with other administrative and program control duties as directed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • High School and two (2) years or more related experience.
  • No clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required to maintain employment.
  • US citizenship.
  • Exceptional attention to detail --accuracy is critical in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple assignments while maintaining deadlines and quality.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for managing and validating data.
  • Intermediate-level Mathematics and/or basic Accounting skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal training or experience to determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills to carry out assignments, post or copy information, and exchange routine information effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry, basic word processing, and electronic spreadsheet applications.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new data entry and verification systems or applications.
