We are currently seeking aSeasonal Customer Service Specialistto join our team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Resolves customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone calls and e-mail
  • Process customer orders over the phone
  • Educate and/or sell our product to the customer
  • Data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
  • Creative problem solving to create a great experience for the customer
  • And other assigned duties

This position can range any time between Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM PT. A set schedule is provided. The pay is $17.00/hour. Seasonal positions do not include benefits or holiday pay and employment may last for up to six months within a 12-month period.
