Job description

This is a remote position.

Singtronic is seeking a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support the accurate maintenance of product, customer, order, inventory, and administrative information. The position supports the company’s ecommerce and business operations involving karaoke systems, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, mixers, accessories, and related equipment.

The Data Entry Clerk will work with information received from approved company records, customer communications, orders, product documentation, and internal tracking files. The primary focus will be keeping information complete, organized, and accurate so customer service, order processing, purchasing, and administrative activities have reliable records.

Product Information: Enter and maintain product names, model numbers, descriptions, specifications, pricing information, product categories, availability, and other approved details. Review entries carefully before information is added or updated.

Order Records: Enter customer orders, order references, product quantities, shipping information, payment references, and fulfillment updates into designated systems. Keep records aligned with approved order documentation.

Customer Information: Maintain customer names, contact information, order history, inquiries, and related administrative records. Update information when authorized changes are received.

Inventory Records: Enter and update product quantities, availability information, incoming stock details, and other inventory records supplied by authorized staff. Flag discrepancies or missing information for review.

Product Catalog Support: Help maintain organized records for complete karaoke systems, portable karaoke equipment, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, mixers, accessories, and package offerings. Keep product information consistent across internal tracking documents.

Shipping and Fulfillment Data: Maintain approved shipping details, tracking references, order status information, and fulfillment records. Review entries for accuracy and identify incomplete information before records are finalized.

Customer Service Record Support: Enter approved notes related to customer questions, product inquiries, order updates, warranty-related documentation, and follow-up requests. Route issues requiring technical or management attention to the appropriate team member.

Data Review: Check spreadsheets and business records for duplicate entries, missing fields, incorrect numbers, inconsistent formatting, and outdated information. Report discrepancies instead of making unsupported changes.

Digital File Organization: Maintain organized electronic records for orders, customers, products, invoices, shipping documentation, and other administrative materials. Follow established file naming and storage procedures.

Administrative Reporting: Assist with basic internal reports and data summaries related to orders, inventory, customer inquiries, product records, and other routine business activity.
