Including assigning the correct preventative maintenance activities to newly created assets. And the process to decommission removed assets from the database. Demonstrated working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office products and familiarity with retrieving all applicable corporate information.

Strives to continually improve job-related, technical and professional knowledge, skills and performance. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. Maintains accurate records and files.

Supports the company's goals and represents the company positively and professionally. Responsibilities: Provides a support role in data processes (data analysis, maintenance, development, audits) for transmission substation systems and substation equipment to ensure that all data and applications are delivered consistently, that the data management system's standards are used, service level agreements observed, and process improvements are utilized, to ensure that the Transmission (PGO) department receives data and applications that can be fully utilized to maximize their value to the business.
