Position: Team Lead, Field Support
Location: Remote (USA)
Work Setup: Work From Home (Non-Driving Role)
What We're Looking For
2+ years of
related experience
1+ year of experience handling
complex and/or commercial claim valuations
1+ year of
Team Lead or leadership experience
Strong
analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Supervisor as needed.
- Assist the Supervisor and assign claims to Field Support Representatives as needed.
- Complete QA reviews on all trainee claims.
- Provide support to the Field Support team, answering questions and offering guidance on processing and pricing.
- Work with Claims Supervisor and Field Support Employees to increase accuracy and efficiencies within the department.
- Assist in group and/or remote training sessions as needed.
- Assist with additional pricing on trainee claims.
- Process field claims (data entry/pricing), as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years' experience in valuating contents claims
- 1 year experience in valuating complex and/or commercial claims
- Previous experience in administrative roles and/or retail roles
- Strong Computer Skills (MS Office/Excel, Google Drive, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of exclaim
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently
- Exceptional time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Prior administrative experience would be considered an asset
- Bilingual - English & Spanish would be considered an asset
