About the role

An large organization seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Master Data Specialist to serve as the steward of vendor master data and supplier onboarding. This role sits within the Accounts Payable function and owns the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of vendor information across two key platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain vendor master data integrity in Workday, ensuring records meet standards for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage vendor onboarding and maintenance workflows within PaymentWorks, validating supplier-submitted data before approval and activation
  • Administer vendor access through Workday Supplier Portals, enabling supplier self-service for invoice submission and status tracking

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of vendor onboadring and management experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; strong experience accepted in lieu
  • Workday experience highly preferred; PaymentWorks or similar tool a plus
  • Basic to intermediate Excel; comfortable with Outlook and varied IT tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented, takes initiative, accountable, and a strong team player
