Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of your patients, developing therapeutic plans tailored to their unique situations.

  • Provide supervisors with a tentative schedule for appointments and home visits, ensuring efficient management of your caseload.
  • Coordinate and conduct home visits as needed to support in-home observations, data collection, and chart reviews.
