Job description

A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to students with autism in a rural school setting near the Ozark National Forest in Mountain Home, AR. The role involves supporting 6-10 K-12 students requiring intensive ABA intervention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering ABA therapy consistent with best practices for students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 10 hours per week, with scheduling to be determined
  • Collaborating with school staff to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Utilizing data collection and analysis to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly

Preferred qualifications:

  • BCBA certification is required
  • Experience working with school-age children on the autism spectrum
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, rural district setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to a caseload that ranges between 6 to 10 students
