This position is fully remote, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our hospice center. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that values diversity and inclusion. You will work directly with clients in their homes or through virtual platforms, utilizing technology to ensure accessibility and continuity of care. • Function as a clinician, directly interacting with clients in both home and virtual environments to support individuals dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring effective care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy designed to address presenting issues and facilitate recovery.
• Engage with clients systematically to monitor their progress, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and timely interventions when necessary.
• Participate in crisis intervention as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to immediate client needs.
• Document all interactions and treatment progress comprehensively, ensuring timely submission of reports and data that support both client and organizational goals.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions aimed at improving service delivery and overall quality of client care.

In this role, you will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals with chronic illness, terminal diagnoses, and complex mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and to understand their unique concerns is essential in delivering the compassionate, client-centered care we promote. Collaborating with family members and caregivers is also a crucial component of your work, enhancing the support network for our clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, particularly as it pertains to end-of-life care and severe mental health issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
• Demonstrated organizational and planning skills, allowing for effective case management and timely service delivery.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings, focusing on mental health implications related to terminal illness.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms, enhancing service accessibility.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams with a focus on integrated care models is a significant plus.

The compensation range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
