• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, establishing a solid foundation for individualized care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices that reflect each client’s unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions through individual counseling sessions, family therapy, and group therapy to address the diverse issues faced by clients.
• Regularly monitor client progress, using data-driven methods to adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients feel secure and understood during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to stringent legal and ethical guidelines to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists like psychiatrists and social workers, to guarantee comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients.

Your role will involve working with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will cater to clients of different ages and demographics, providing tailored support to ensure their individual needs are met effectively.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature, deeply committed to enhancing client well-being and outcomes.
• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Thorough understanding of ethical standards and regulations governing mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally within a similar telehealth setting.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in engaging with diverse populations and adapting approaches to meet their unique cultural needs, contributing to effective treatment outcomes.
