Job Summary:
Colovore is the leader in ultra-high-density, liquid-cooled AI colocation data centers, expanding its national footprint to serve F500 enterprises and startups. They are seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to support daily operations, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure uptime across critical infrastructure systems while collaborating with senior engineers to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform day-to-day tasks including equipment installation, racking and stacking, cabling, labeling, and facility rounds.
โ€ข Execute preventative maintenance procedures and support corrective maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers.
โ€ข Assist in monitoring and operating Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and ticketing platforms.
โ€ข Follow SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs to ensure safe and consistent work execution.
โ€ข Monitor power, cooling, and IT systems to ensure stable performance and identify potential issues early.
โ€ข Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure incidents.
โ€ข Escalate equipment or system issues to senior engineers in a timely, concise, and accurate manner.
โ€ข Provide professional and timely remote hands support, including power cycling, cable tracing, hardware swaps, and visual inspections.
โ€ข Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure service requests are handled correctly.

โ€ข Ability to work rotating shifts, respond to incidents, and support 24/7 operations as needed.
