• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing various methodologies that cater to the unique preferences and needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical instincts and training to manage urgent situations effectively.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and advocating for the needs of marginalized populations.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional disturbances. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to establish a strong rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, showcasing cultural sensitivity and competence.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to maintain accurate documentation and timely record-keeping in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in teletherapy and utilizing virtual platforms to conduct therapy sessions is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention techniques and an understanding of trauma-informed care methodologies will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client data efficiently.

• A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
