• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, shaping individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
• Design and facilitate therapy groups and workshops focused on personal development topics, leveraging your expertise to foster engagement and healing among participants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare providers, support staff, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Engage proactively in outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns and workshops, aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues in the community.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and reliability of data.

You will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals across all age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Many patients present with complex mental health challenges, including trauma, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Your ability to provide empathetic support and effective treatment strategies will be essential in assisting them on their journeys toward recovery and well-being.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven ability to address unique challenges faced by patients in a community health setting, displaying cultural competency and trauma-informed care practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective interactions with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapy models suitable for virtual counseling.
• A proactive attitude toward professional development and continual learning in mental health trends and practices.

• Experience in both individual and group therapy, particularly in remote settings.
• Knowledge of telehealth technology and experience using virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives will be viewed favorably.

• Annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
