• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to provide a safe space for open dialogue.
• Perform thorough assessments to identify each client's mental health needs and formulate customized, evidence-based treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to different demographics, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in addressing diverse issues.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, to track improvements and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in mental health counseling to protect client welfare and confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities and workshops to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and tools.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs. Our clientele includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As a remote counselor, your impact extends beyond the Quincy area, allowing you to reach clients from various demographics and communities, thus broadening your cultural competence and therapeutic proficiency.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in conducting virtual therapy sessions through technology, with a strong comfort level using specialized software for client management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage your caseload and maintain up-to-date client records.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation or workshops.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or advocacy in mental health initiatives.

Guided Reflections Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
