• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continual evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health conditions and concerns, thereby creating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other tailored approaches suited to individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for diverse populations including those with mobility challenges or those living in remote areas.
• Maintain detailed and precise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and overall progress to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultation to enrich your clinical expertise and remain abreast of the latest trends in mental health care.
