Job description

Are you an expert in orchestrating high-impact enterprise software implementations from kickoff to go-live? Do you enjoy translating complex requirements into structured delivery plans that bring teams and customers together? Are you eager to help investment managers transform their operations using modern cloud technology while delivering exceptional implementation experiences? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
As a Project Manager within Customer Experience at Ridgeline, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline's enterprise cloud platform for investment management firms. You will partner closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to define scope, drive delivery, and ensure successful go-lives across complex enterprise programs. In this role, you will guide implementation strategy, coordinate cross-functional execution, and leverage modern technologies-including AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging solutions-to enhance project planning, documentation, communication, and delivery efficiency.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions-not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we'd love to meet you!
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Domestic travel expected 25-50%.
The impact you will have:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live for Ridgeline's enterprise cloud platform
  • Define project goals, scope, and success criteria while establishing structured delivery plans and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including consulting, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders while maintaining transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles
  • Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes and successful deployments
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines and customer outcomes
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customer leadership regarding progress, risks, and key milestones
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Analyze project outcomes and delivery performance to identify improvement opportunities for future implementations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Ridgeline's implementation frameworks, delivery methodologies, and operational processes
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to improve documentation quality, communication clarity, and project management efficiency
  • Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing across implementation programs to strengthen delivery consistency and operational excellence
What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office investment management workflows including portfolio accounting, performance measurement, trading, reconciliation, data management, compliance, and reporting
  • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations with both functional and technical workstreams
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and customer leadership
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
  • Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in the investment management domain
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Serious interest in having fun at work
Bonus:
  • Understanding of Agile principles and SaaS development lifecycles
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience using collaboration and delivery tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or Mavenlink
  • Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technologies
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2
