• Manage and maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
• Regularly meet with clients to review treatment progress, conduct stability assessments, and discuss upcoming appointments, addressing any concerns or adjustments needed in their care plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client, ensuring that interventions are person-centered and evidence-based.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, gathering relevant background information to inform their treatment guidelines.

Our clients comprise a wide range of individuals, including adults and children from various backgrounds. We cater to individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our approach is focused on creating a safe and supportive environment that allows clients to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and experiences while working towards therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical outpatient setting, post-graduation, focusing on direct client care.
• Proficiency in utilizing various computer programs and systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for managing client data.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus, enabling effective interactions with clients through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with a fee-for-service model and an understanding of insurance reimbursement processes.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure follows a fee-for-service model, paired with guaranteed payment rates that eliminate the wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
