Location: Zaragoza, Spain - Remote during onboarding, then hybrid (up to 50% on-site). Candidates must be based in Zaragoza, nearby, or willing to travel regularly to the customer construction site in Zaragoza. Join Eaton's EMEA Projects team and lead the delivery of complex, large-scale Datacenter projects. Our solutions span power distribution from medium to low voltage equipment, UPS systems, and battery technologies, all integrated with advanced automation and monitoring systems like DCIM and EPMS.

As Data Center Project Manager, you'll own the full project lifecycle-from order intake through implementation and construction to handover-ensuring scope, cost, and risk are managed effectively. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions across multiple manufacturing locations. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order to handover, covering design, procurement, and implementation for electrical/automation projects in critical infrastructure in Medium Voltage projects.

Build and manage project teams; organize kick-off and regular meetings to align all stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and ensure proactive mitigation of issues. Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.

Act as single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning. Ensure project success across safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timing. Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and recommending better practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering; accredited Project Management certification with construction site focus is advantage. Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience, ideally with hands-on Data Centre/Medium Voltage infrastrucre projects; experience in large industrial projects with automation and controls considered. Skills: Strong electrical engineering background and/or training in datacenter/medium voltage technologies and systems.

Direct experience with Medium Voltage realted Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems is a plus. Professional level of English language, other European language knowledge is considered as advantage. Driving license and able to work and travel within EMEA region without any restrictions.

Advanced-level expertise, preferably with knowledge of datacenter industry or similar technologies. Proven ability to lead and manage internal and external teams effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
